Dr Nikhil completed his MBBS from Government Medical College (GMC), Yavatmal under MUHS Nashik. He then pursued MS (Orthopaedics) at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS), Sevagram, followed by DNB (Orthopaedics) from the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
He has completed a Fellowship in Robotic and Conventional Joint Replacement Surgery under Dr Narendra Vaidya at Lokmanya Hospital, Pune. He has also undergone a Fellowship in Pain Management from Daradia Pain Clinic, Kolkata.
